New D6 album “Slow Burn” Digital & Physical Release dates:
It is finally here!! The official release dates are set for the new Disflex6 album “ Slow Burn .” The new album will hit the states April 3 rd , and one week earlier on ITUNES. If you're a true fan and want the actual CD release you will want to Pre Order “ Slow Burn ” from Access Music HERE. Make sure you ask your favorite hip hop shop to get it on the shelf! Thanks again for all who have supported us through the years and are waiting on this long overdue record.

Dublin and Elon.is – “ Red Lake USA ”:
Disflex6 producer and Sunset League all-star Elon.is and the homie Dublin (Shotgun Wedding Quintet, Jazz Mafia, Dead Rap Kids, SF Battle Champion) have been hard at work on a new concept album called “Red Lake USA.” Loosely based on a small town in anywhere USA , “ Red Lake USA ” follows the sagas of various characters living in this town. Set up like a hip hop novel, this album is definitely something different for both Elon and Dublin . Having already recorded 14 songs, they are now in the late stages of mixing and doing the final song sequencing and touch ups!! So far, from what we've heard here at D6 headquarters, this project is sounding amazing!! Argonaut News
On the heels of his sophomore solo release “ Casting Couch, ” Jason the Argonaut releases his 2006 mix-tape, “ The Big LaRapSki Mixtape ”. With fresh raps by mr. Argonaut himself and some of his friends (Dublin, Laz Jack, JFK) and tons of excerpts from the classic Cohen Brothers film "The Big Lebowski" this mix-tape is a must buy for any D6 fan. Also check out the song “Kick Snare” that's up on Argonaut's (Link) MySpace page. Obvious to some, the song is a play off the Lupe Fiasco song "Kick Push." Just guess what he's talking about!!! Anyways this 40 minute project has beats by the late great J Dilla, Dr Dre, Madlib, Dabrye and others and is available HERE (accesshiphop link), at shows and thru MySpace (Link to Argonaut page)….Oh and here's a word from Argonaut…”Help a rapper out!!”

Rumors around D6 headquarters is that Disflex6 and Sunset League's stand out emcee, Lazerus Jackson is in the process of compiling a “ Dopest Hits Podcast ” that we will be offering up for free download in the coming months. As the title explains, this will be a mega-mix of Laz's top verses, all mixed up by Dj Capsize. Stay tuned.

ELON.IS NEWS
Hard at work as usual, Elon is keeping busy with various projects, along with his long overdue follow up to “ Atomik Age ” tentatively titled, “ Beat City .” Along with “ Red Lake USA ” with Dublin, and finalizing the new projects by fellow Sunset Leaguers Jason the Argonaut and Laz Jack, Elon's new project features Disflex6, Nomi (Odd Jobbs), MF Doom (remix), Pigeon John (remix) and hopefully Mestizo of Galapogos4 (finger's crossed). Check his MySpace page, for a listen to a couple of his new tracks including “ Turns His Head ” and “ Night Time in the City .” We're looking at a mid to late '07 release for Elon's new album.
